The Nova Boeuf team is an integral part of the CDPQ team. It supports the advancement of the beef cattle sector through its genetic services and the execution of various research and innovation projects.
While the CDPQ has been active in Quebec’s beef industry for over 25 years, the name Nova Boeuf was officially adopted in December 2024 to provide a visual identity for the group of experts who make up this team, entirely dedicated to the beef sector.

The team dedicated to PATBQ is multidisciplinary, including breeding specialists, geneticists and other professionals with common objective of offering the best tool to program members in order to ensure herds genetic progress.
