Project - Community of practice

Goals

The main objective is to develop the skills and expertise of beef production advisors by creating a community of practice that will contribute to the growth of a consulting service offering that meets the needs of Quebec beef production farms. More specifically:

Bring together the various stakeholders in the sector, promote multidisciplinary collaboration, supervise succession planning, and structure exchanges among the members of the community of practice.
Structure and enhance the consulting service offering to ensure it is tailored to the needs of Quebec beef farms, considering the major challenges of the industry under following themes : Productivity management; Economic and financial management; Tailored client approach; Reduction of the environmental production footprint.
